| 描述 | EF24 is a curcumin analogue but with stronger antitumour efficacy and oral bioavailability. In oral squamous cell carcinoma cells, EF24 achieves higher anti-tumour efficacy by interfering with the MAPK/ERK signalling pathway. EF24 increases the levels of activated caspase 3 and caspase 9 and decreases the phosphorylated forms of MEK1 and ERK[1][2]. | ||
