描述 Triacetylresveratrol, a RES analog, as a potential chemoprevention agent by a gene expression-based. After treatment with 100 μM TRES for 48 h, the cell viability of PANC-1 cells was 90.66 ± 1.89%, and the cell viability of BxPC-3 cells was 56.94 ± 2.10%. TRES at the concentration of 50 μM could significantly induce apoptosis in PANC-1(56%) and BxPC-3 ( 88%)cells. TRES could also interrupt the interaction between STAT3 and NFκB,TRES may be function as inhibitors of NFκB:STAT3 interaction[3].
