| 描述 | 4-MMPB is a selective inhibitor of 15-lipoxygenase with an IC50 value of 18 μM. 4-MMPB has an IC50 of 19.5 μM and 19.1 μM for soybean 15-lipoxygenase (SLO) and human 15-lipoxygenase-1 (15-LOX-1), respectively[1][2][3][4].The IC50 value of 4-MMPB for DPPH bleaching was 69.6 μM[2].At a concentration of 41.48 µM for 72 hours, 4-MMPB induced apoptosis and DNA damage in PC-3 cells[4]. | ||
