| 描述 | 7BIO (7-Bromoindirubin-3-Oxime) is a derivative of indirubin. 7BIO inhibits CDK5 and GSK3β. 7BIO inhibits Aβ oligomer-induced neuroinflammation, synaptic damage, tau hyperphosphorylation, astrocyte and microglia activation, and attenuates Aβ oligomer-induced cognitive deficits in mice[1].Acting at 1 μM and 10 μM concentrations for 24 hours, 7BIO exhibited neuroprotective effects, preventing but not rescuing Aβ1-42 oligomer-induced SH-SY5Y cell death[1]. | ||
