MLS-573151 is inactive against other GTPase family members, such as Rab2, Rab7, H-Ras, Rac1, Rac 2, and the wild-type of RhoA. MLS-573151 acts by blocking GTP binding to Cdc42[1][2].MLS-573151 inhibits phagocytosis of granulocytes at a concentration of 50 μM for 15 minutes[1]. | ||
