| 描述 | Aminopurvalanol A is a potent, selective and cell-permeable inhibitor of the Cyclins/CDK complex, preferentially targeting the G2/M phase transition and inhibiting cancer cell differentiation. Aminopurvalanol A inhibits sperm fertilisation by inhibiting physiological capacitance-dependent actin polymerisation[1][2].At concentrations of 5 μM and 40 μM for 8 hours, Aminopurvalanol A inhibits cell growth by arresting human U937 cells in the G2 phase, and at higher concentrations triggers apoptosis[2]. | ||
