| 描述 | MW-150 is a selective, CNS-permeable and orally active p38α MAPK inhibitor with a Ki value of 101 nM. MW-150 inhibits the ability of endogenous p38α MAPK to phosphorylate the endogenous substrate, MK2, in activated glial cells [1].MW-150 prevents activated glial cells from producing more IL-1β in a concentration-dependent manner. The IC50 values for MK2 and IL-1β are 332 nM and 936 nM, respectively[1] . | ||
