描述 DJ-V-159 is an agonist of GPRC6A. DJ-V-159 activates ERK in GPRC6A-transfected HEK-293 cells, but has no effect on non-transfected HEK-293 cells, with potency similar to L-Arg. In addition, DJ-V-159 dose-dependently stimulated cAMP production in HEK-293 cells expressing GPRC6A, with a response at a concentration of 0.2 nM in the culture medium. DJ-V-159 stimulated insulin secretion from mouse MIN-6 cells, increasing the insulin stimulation index (SI), with an effect similar to that of Ocn, a known ligand for GPRC6A[1].
