| 描述 | SPP-86 is a potent, selective, cell-permeable inhibitor of RET with an IC50 value of 8 nM. SPP-86 inhibits RET-induced PI3K/Akt and MAPK signalling and also inhibits RET-induced phosphorylation of Erα receptor in MCF7 cells. At a concentration of less than 10 μM, SPP-86 inhibited MAPK signalling and proliferation in RET/PTC1-expressing TPC1 cells, but not 8505C or C643 cells[1]. | ||
