| 描述 | ML401 is a potent chemical probe that selectively antagonises EBI2 with an IC50 value of 1.03 nM. ML401 shows activity in chemotaxis assays with an IC50 value of 6.24 nM. ML401 shows good stability and is non-toxic[1].At concentrations greater than 50 μM, ML401 showed no toxicity to immortalised Fa2-N4 human hepatocytes, nor to LnCap and IMR-32 cells in MTT tests[1]. | ||
