| 描述 | Lalistat 1 is a potent, selective, competitive inhibitor of lysosomal acid lipase (LAL) with an IC50 of 68 nM[1].Lalistat 1 is also an inhibitor of the immunoglobulin A1 protease (IgA1P) proteases of H. influenzae, and is weak against other serine hydrolases (trypsin or β-lactamase, etc.). Lalistat 1 can be used to study Niemann's rickets type C (NPC) disease[2].It is active against different non-typeable Haemophilus influenzae (NTHi) IgAP variants from clinical isolates at concentrations less than 100 μM in Elisa assays. It dose-dependently inhibited IgA1P B1 and B2, but at higher inhibitor concentrations, consistent with the higher expression levels of these variants. Inhibition of IgA1P B1 and B2 is almost complete at 50 μM and complete at 100 μM[1]. | ||
