描述 Amifampridine (3,4-Diaminopyridine) is an orally active, potent, and cell-permeable blocker of voltage-gated potassium (Kv) channels. It is effective in reversing BoNT/A intoxication, enhancing transmitter release from neuromuscular junctions (NMJs), and can be utilized in research related to Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS)[1][2][3].
